A member of the public witnessed at least 13 people exercising together in the morning at Blk 126 Yishun Ring Road. It is believed that this has been going on for quite some time.
Although the people exercising together maintain a certain distance from each other, what they are doing is still not allowed as it is against circuit breaker measures.
HDB has stated that the people can only go out alone or with another family member who lives together in the same house. “We will continue to observe the situation there, and if the activity continues, we will take enforcement actions.”
HDB revealed that the authorities had sent people to patrol the above-mentioned locations and warned the participants on the spot that they should stop their activities.
