It has been reported that household gas rates will go up by 0.6% from today 1st May to July 31.

The reason for the increase is due to higher cost of production and delivery of gas to households. This 0.6% is expected to affect almost 90% of households in new HDB estates and private houses.
Currently, the general tariff has gone from 18.42cent/kWh to 18.53cent/kWh
