I read the article regarding the oBikes or other similar bikes being thrown into the wetland and i feel that people in Singapore are becoming more disgraceful and inconsiderate.

I have no idea who did it, but i saw a bike being placed on top of a garbage container, which i feel is equally shameful. These people have no idea how much convenience the bikes have provided to the society and they just have to make the kinder actions of others to become so ugly.
