Yet another mischievous done by the users of the of the bike sharing who decided it would be a “good” idea to put the bicycle on the tree after using them. Are things getting out of hands with bicycles being mistreat and misuse like this? Should the users be gracious enough leave the bicycle in good condition for the next user?
