BLACK SUV RUNOVER INJURED MOTORCYCLIST, FAILED TO STOP TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE

A video of an accident that happened on 05 Aug 2020 on the Pan Island Expressway has been circulating on social media.

Initially, the accident happened between a motorcyclist and white MPV. From the video, the motorcyclist was seen ramping into the white MVP after failing to keep a safe distance.

The impact of the accident has caused the motorcyclist to fall to the ground hitting a black SUV on the next lane. Due to the sudden impact, the driver of the black SUV ran over the injured motorcyclist.

After running over the motorcyclist, the driver continues to drive and stop at the shoulder of the expressway. The driver was seen staying in the car and not alighting to provide any assistance to the injured motorcyclist. After a short while, the driver then proceeds to drive away from the scene.
