A local Facebook user came across a live streaming video with an attractive cash payout, saying that they were willing to pay up to $10,000.

The amount will be paid to individual by sharing their live streaming. The Facebook page was name Supercar Blondie and they contacted the Singaporean to share the post to all his friends and contacts in his Facebook page.
The Singaporean was then requested to use their credit card to sign up on their webpage. It is only by doing so that he will be eligible for the $10,000 payout. From the looks of it, this is clearly a scam.
