BMW DRIVER INCONSIDERATE PARKING OF HIS CAR AT NO PARKING LOT AND HANDICAP LOT

Wah this bmw driver really too must already indicate no park+ reserved for handicap lot still park the car there. Can afford to buy a luxury car but can’t have money to pay for parking ?
