In the video, both the PMD rider and the driver was arguing intensely to a state where the rider pulls open the BMW’s car door and the driver claims that the man strangled him by the neck.
The driver was arrested on the 30th November 2019, while the 36-year-old PMD rider was arrested earlier today.
Both driver and rider might be facing the offence for the rash act, if convicted they are facing a fine of up to $2,500 and up to 6 months jail time.
