The kid was seen suddenly dashing out onto the road without looking out for traffic, presumably because he was chasing a bus.
This caught the camcar driver off guard and he couldn’t stop in time.
Passersby could be seen pointing fingers accusingly at the driver as he alighted from his vehicle to render assistance to the injured kid.
