According to a state court hearing, 29-year-old Huang Bocan will be facing murder charges for killing 19-year-old Huang Baoying.

If he is convicted of murder he will face a death sentence or life imprisonment, two other co-accused also face the same charges, 41-year-old PR Chee Mei Wan and 62-year-old Lim Peng Tiong.
The incident happened on 4 May 2021 at the 6th floor of Block 602, Clementi Street 1.
Huang Bocan allegedly attacked his sister with a wooden pole and the two others Chee and Lim are also accused of causing injury to the victim.
The Police arrived the next morning at around 6.30AM and found the victim laying motionlessly on the floor leading to the arrest of Huang Bocan.
