The 37-year-old man who took social media by storm after going around with a Samurai sword at oncoming traffic and individuals will be facing charges for causing hurt by dangerous weapons or means.
The incident which happened on 14 March was so extreme that videos of the man was shared over 10,000 times across all social platforms.

According to preliminary findings, the man had taken some unknown medications before leaving his house with the sword.
At the lift lobby of the HDB block where he lived, the man had a brief confrontation with members of the public.
He then allegedly used his sword to hit five passing cars as he jaywalked across the road.
He allegedly swung his weapon against another man at the traffic crossroads in front of Buangkok Square Mall.
Other members of the public then stepped up to help control him until the police arrived and apprehended him.
