BUILDERS NEVER ENSURE USE OF SAFE ENTRY, POSSIBLE COVID-19 SPREAD ON SITE

Since the tightening on measures on May 16, more than 65 builders did not comply with Covid-19 rules, including 26 builders that were ordered to halt all activities on site for 3 days.

Building and Construction Authority (BCA) said that 26 builders allowed workers to not do SafeEntry check-in at the site entrances.

This includes 2 sites that are exposed to possible risk of covid-19 spread where workers infected with Coivd-19 were let in to do work.
