The incident happened on 12 October, and involved bus service number 853, which was carrying 9 passengers at the time of the accident.
However, there were no injuries reported in the incident.
A video emerged online on the ROADS.sg Facebook page, showing the bus stuck between a road barrier and some trees.
The incident purportedly took place at about 11.30am, somewhere along Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3, opposite Ang Mo Kio Central.

A spokesperson for Tower Transit said that the bus captain has since been suspended and investigations into the incident are ongoing.
