A bus driver who recently pointed his middle finger at another driver is facing disciplinary actions, the incident happened along Tampines Ave 7 on March 29.
The video has since been viral with over 500 comments on the video.
The man who shared the video with Roads.sg said:
“SBS Transit bus driver on service number 18 on vehicle SBS6787A flips his middle finger towards my family at the yellow box along Tampines Avenue 7. A police report has been lodged agaist this driver for this uncalled for agression.” -Happened on 29/3/22 at 1920 hours.”
The dashcam car tried to make a right turn but a SBS Transit bus suddenly appears at the T-Junction from the left side of the dashcam and gave the finger for no good reason.
SBS Transit replies on Facebook
Hours after the video was published to Facebook SBS Transit Ltd responded to the Facebook video with following comments:
“We do not condone the behaviour of the Bus Captain concerned. In fact, we have zero tolerance for such unbecoming behaviour as this is not in line with the professional standards we expect of our employees. Accordingly, we will be taking disciplinary action against him. We apologise to the car driver for the distress caused to him and his family.”
