A video was uploaded on the Facebook group Singapore roads accident.com which showed a car doing an illegal u-turn.

The car then proceeded to reverse after making the illegal u-turn before smashing into a taxi.
The incident was believed to have happened at Paragon Medical Centre Drop Off Point.
