A carpark warden broke the law by making illegal u turn at bukit batok junction when the traffic light also not in his favour

Failed to form up properly in the lane. Beat the red light. Fail to stop before stop line.
He thinks that uniform let’s him be above the law.
I’ve seen a few other traffic infringements by these ‘cops for hire’ before. Going straight on a turn right only lane on Guillemard Rd. Parking their bikes at bus stops.
