She first reported the symptoms on the 9th Feb 2020 and went to see doctor on three occasions
- 10 & 14 Feb went to Jurong Polyclinic
- 12 Feb went to a GP
She went to Ng Teng Fong General hospital emergency department twice on the 13th Feb and 15th and warded as a dengue patient.

But later isolated after the results confirmed COVID-19 infection on 18 February afternoon
