This is a suspected cat abuse case at Blk 92 Henderson. This happened today (18th Feb). 2-3 months ago, I heard from the Henderson feeder that one of her community cats is slashed , the guts came out and died. This looks very similar.
SPCA has came to collect the cat. The duty vet at SPCA has send the cat to a outside clinic. Appeal for witness.
