A netizen posted on Facebook claiming that he is not even in Singapore yet he receives a notification that $720 dollars were withdrawn from his account.
Here is what the netizen said:
Singapore OCBC is super awesome. I am in Malaysia. Another stranger can withdraw money from Singapore OCBC ATM @ WATERWAY POINT PUNGGOL.
But I only have one ATM card. How can the other party do it? Does Singapore OCBC need to eat my money? They can’t give me the answer.
A netizen shared a story of how he accidentally walked into and stepped on the roadside offerings for the Hungry Ghost festival.
He was on his way to meet his friend for supper when he accidentally stepped on the offerings, and he said that he started to feel something perched on top of him.
As they later walked past a forested area, he saw a female ghost smiling at him and humming a song, he then took a picture of the spirit.
He was at McDonald’s waiting for his food when he noticed eerie fingerprints on his receipt.
Today marks the beginning of the Hungry Ghost Festival, the first day of the Chinese lunar seventh month.
The gates of hell are said to be released for the entire month, for hungry spirits to appease their hunger by roaming the streets and “eating” the offerings by the roadside.
A video emerged online showing a bucket “dancing” by itself inside a toilet.

Hi everyone, would like to get some help on what I can do. In 2018, My father was at the ATM transferring money but after he transferred, he forgot to end the transaction and he left his card in the POSB machine.
Afterwards, someone after him withdrawn money from his account and when my father realised it and then back to the machine, it was too late. He then went to make a police report immediately.
As of today, there’s still no updates on the culprit and he still hasn’t recovered his money after much effort such as finding our MP for help.
Does anyone have any idea of what we can do? My father just wants to have closure on this case despite knowing the money may never be recovered as it is his own fault for leaving his card in the machine haha. Thank you in advance!
Today, I ran home for lunch during lunch break. I passed by the void deck next door and saw a dying cat vomiting blood!
I have lived here for 23 years. I have never seen this cat. Seeing it bleeding and panting vigorously, I decided not to go home to eat. I want to help it. If I can’t save it, I must at least help it.
Call the Association for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and wait for them to send someone to rescue me. I will not leave the cat, hoping that its owner will show up, hoping that it can hold on to the rescue! It was having difficulty breathing and the mouth keeps bleeding.
I am not a veterinarian. I just guess that it should be a serious internal injury. I don’t know whether it is an intracranial haemorrhage or an internal organ injury! I don’t know whether it’s being abused or “jumping off the building” and hurting myself!
I only understand that it is very hard, and the body can’t get up at all, can’t move! Fortunately, this SPCA is highly efficient. It took less than 30 minutes to arrive and was taken away! grateful!
I sincerely hope that cats can survive. As the saying goes, “a cat has nine lives”, the vitality of the cat is very tenacious, and I hope it can pass it! If it can’t hold it, at least the Association will let it die, so that it won’t be left downstairs and left next to the garbage station! 😭
To those who don’t like animals, You can not love, but please don’t hurt. It’s good for people or animals. If you release your life, love will last forever. p/s. If you see animals being abused or injured, you can call SPCA to save their lives.

Many hair salons or beauty salons has never been able to get a good reputation due to ridiculous packages. While some salons force customers to sign packages other just make clients sign packages that are clearly a scam.
A netizen posted on Facebook stated that he has been scam by a salon for asking him to sign for a package that offers a free haircut after 6 haircuts. But the free haircut is available only after signing a package for another 10 haircuts.
Like that is like asking me to pay the price of 16 hair cuts for nothing
Here is what he said on Facebook:
Hi all, please be aware of this TopOne hair salon located at Ang Mo Kio Ave 10 Blk 532.
Don’t get cheated by this shop. Ask to sign up a complete set for 6X hair cut n get 1 free cut but ends up saying the“free” cut is to be used for another new sign up for 10X
