MAN SAYS HAPPY 500 DAYS OF LOCKDOWN ON FACEBOOK

A man recently posted an image on Facebook commemorating 500 days of Lockdown between Singapore and Malaysia.

500 days ago on 18th March 2020, Malaysia implemented its first movement control order (MCO).

Many Malaysians working in Singapore rushed home the night before to pack their things and to see their families before coming back to Singapore.

Little did they know at that time that the borders between our two countries will remain close for leisure travel even till today.

Let us hope that the situation gets better, so that our fellow Malaysian friends can go home to see their loved ones and we can also go into JB for our weekend activities.

GROUP OF GUYS SPOTTED PLAYING SOCCER, NO REGARD FOR COVID-19 RULES

An anonymous netizen has sent us a photo of a group of guys playing football at Gan Eng Seng School.

The group size of the guys appears to be more than the current 2 people allowed under the Covid-19 rules, and since it is football, their masks are definitely off and there is a lot of close contact.

The netizen is wondering if this is allowed under the current phase two heightened alert (P2HA) rules?
