The first woman of the KTV cluster is a Vietnamese woman who entered Singapore in February, although COVID-19 had many travel restrictions it was possible for the woman to enter via the Familial Ties Lane, sponsored by a Singapore Citizen who is her boyfriend. She entered Singapore in February 2021.

The photo above has been circulating in Whatsapp claiming that she is the first case.

Earlier today (July 16), the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) said that on 14 July 2021 there were a total of 54 Covid-19 cases and Among these 54 cases, 30 are non-Singaporeans.

Among the foreigners, they held the following immigration permit

• 2 Singapore Permanent Residents
• 14 Work Pass Holders
• 1 Student’s Pass Holder
• 5 Long-Term Visit Pass Holders
• 8 Short-Term Visit Pass Holders

There will be Police investigations into possibly illegal, including vice-related activities within this KTV cluster are ongoing. If the investigations show any criminal offence on the part of these foreigners, ICA and MOM will take firm action against them, including cancelling their work pass, student’s pass or visit pass, and deport them.

Employers who illegally employ these pass holders, or abet these pass holders in illegal employment will also face enforcement actions, such as a fine of not less than $5,000 and not more than $30,000, or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.

Their work pass privileges may also be suspended.

A Vietnamese woman who was found infected yesterday (July 15) has been allegedly been to two places to find “customers”.

Zaobao reported that they receive an anonymous tipped off that an infected Vietnamese KTV woman first went to a lounge Sim Lim Square to look for customers and later went to Peace Centre to continue drinkING with customers after 10 PM.

The informant told Zaobao that he was in Peace centre and he had interacted with the Vietnam girl but only had a short conversation with her.

He claimed that the KTV girl initially went to a lounge in Sim Lim Square to look for customers but failed to do so and therefore she switched to Peace Centre.

The man later received an SMS from MOH and was told to go for a swab test, the woman he interacted with is currently hospitalized.

He said that a secret rule of the hostess was to delete all their phone contents if they were found tested positive for covid-19.

A man sends in an anonymous email stating that he used to go KTV pre-covid and he used to go to such places and revealed that there are at least 300 Vietnamese KTV girls in Singapore who are controlled by various “mama-san”.

Please keep my identity anonymous, pre-covid at any given time there are always over a thousand KTV girls working in Singapore.

I used to go KTV at Geylang, that one shop alone inside got over 30 girls and you know in Geylang got how many of such establishments or not. Not to mention other places like Peace Centre, Joo Chiat and so on.

After I got married in during Covid all this nonsense has stopped but I still had contacts of several mama-sans on my phone, just days before the KTV cluster began I will always see them post on Facebook, Wechat to advertise their girls. One of the Mama-san told me that she has at least 90-100 plus girls on her hand right now and asked me to come back and enjoy. Another Mama-san even more power say she got 200 girls.

Like that smelly also got 300 plus from just the two mama-sans I know. Can you imagine what the real number is if I know all the mama-san in Singapore?

Now I only talking about Vietnam girls Leh, I got a friend who plays PRC girl one he said the amount is even bigger.

Anyway, after the cluster began all the mama san’s started deleting their social post to avoid detection.

A 67-year-old man pleaded guilty to one count of insulting the modesty of his 32-year-old maid and one count of voyeurism, with 2 more charges taken into consideration during sentencing.

He had repeatedly filmed his maid showering 9 times, by placing his phone in the gap between the toilet door and floor.

He was sentenced to 4 months jail for his crimes.

Their identities cannot be revealed due to a gag order.

What happened?

The maid told the man that she was going to take a shower in August 2019, and the man then felt the urge to see her n*ked body, waiting for her to go into the toilet before following her to film her.

He put his phone into the gap between the door and floor so that he could see her fully n*ked.

He then enjoyed the video in his living room before deleting it.

He recorded her in such a way on 9 occasions, spanning from August 2019 to January 2020.

On 21 December 2019, as he was recording her, the maid noticed the camera but didn’t find out who was filming her or inform her employers as she was afraid.

So she hid her phone in the kitchen with the camera turned on, trying to capture the person filming her.

On 12 January 2020, she did the same thing and checked her video footage, finding out that it was her male employer filming her.

She then left the house around midnight without informing her employers, going to the Humanitarian Organisation for Migration Economics to seek help.

They helped her make a police report and the man was then arrested later that day.
