David James Roach, a 31-year-old Canadian national robbed a Singapore Standard Chartered Bank outlet from Holland Avenue back on July 7 2016.

He was 25 years old when he committed the crime. Earlier today he was sentenced to a jail term of 5 years along with 6 strokes of the rotan.

During the robbery, he told the bank’s teller that he has a gun and the teller who was being threatened by was a pregnant lady and comply with his orders as she was afraid. After handing over approximately $30,000, David makes the run to Changi Airport and flies to Thailand.

The reason why the conviction took so long was caused by his money laundering activities in Thailand which landed him in jail for 14 months. After his release, he was extradited to Britain where he faced a legal battle against extradition to Singapore. Singapore reassured the British authorities that David will not be canned after his extradition in Singapore. However, the sentence he received included 6 strokes of the rotan.

Although David has tried everything he can to prevent the extradition to Singapore he failed to do so and he was extradited to Singapore early last year, during the course of his stay in Singapore he appealed multiple times against the British High Court to revoke the extradition.

A girl is seeking advice after she “made the discovery of the century” and found out that guys can sit down and pee as well.

Here is her questions and doubts

How do you guys see a man who sits to pee?

Due to covid, my boyfriend and I often video call each other and sometimes the timing can be a bit inappropriate like when he uses the toilet, but it doesn’t affect our sweet conversation cuz we cannot smell each other.

But there’s one thing that bothers me and makes me curious, it’s the first time for me to learn that guys can sit and pee and he forbids me to ask other guys. But this question keeps haunting my mind until I couldn’t sleep at night and I want to seek answers from you guys.

I would be very glad if any gentlemen here could answer me. Thank you!

WOMAN WITH 3RD EYES SEES GHOST OUTSIDE WINDOW, GHOST ASK: “YOU CAN SEE ME?”

A netizen shared a story about an encounter that she had with a supernatural entity.

She wrote that ever since she was young, she’d had the innate ability to see ghosts and could apparently communicate with them.

Essentially, she has the “third eye”.

But as she grew older, she stopped seeing spirits (not very often anyways).

She said that one night while she was sleeping alone at home, she woke up in the middle of the night to use the toilet.

As she walked past the kitchen to get to the toilet, she saw a black figure that looked like a woman, outside her window.

Thinking that it was her neighbour, she didn’t pay attention to it and proceeded to use the toilet.

When she came out of the toilet, she suddenly felt a chill as she realised that this was her kitchen window and there was no walkway or corridor outside it.

And she was living on the 12th floor.

She noticed that the figure was looking at her and felt like she (the figure) could see her (the woman) looking at her.

The figure then asked her in Malay:

“You can see me?”

Before it disappeared.
