COVID-19 CASES IN SPORE SOARS HIGH, 191 CASES WITH 113 UNLINKED

187 locally transmitted cases of Covid-19 were reported today (2 September).

56 of them are linked to previous cases and are already placed in quarantine.

Another 18 linked cases were detected through surveilance.

113 cases were reportedly unlinked.

Three seniors above 70 are not fully vaccinated and risk getting serious illnesses.

Four cases are imported and placed on stay home notice or isolated when they arrived in Singapore.

One was detected upon arriving into Singapore while the three others got the illness while in isolation or serving stay home notice.

MAN ALLEGEDLY RECEIVED H*A Z*I ROASTED DUCK NOODLES WITHOUT DUCK

A man recently posted on Facebook about his H*a Z*i Roasted Duck noodles order and took a picture of what he received.

He ordered a set of Roasted Duck noodles as delivery but received only noodles with a strand of cabbage.

He did not explicitly name the store but netizens have guessed that it is from Hua Zai Roasted Duck.

AH BENG DUMPED BY GF, TOLD HIM: “I’M A PLAYGIRL, I JUST USING YOU”

An Ah Beng took to Instagram to complain about his gf who dumped him.

In a series of messages that she sent to him, she told him: “I don’t actually love you, I just using u, sorry. (SIC)”

She then added: “That’s why boys hate me so much, because I’m a playgirl. They all know but some who wanna date me, I’ll break their hearts like all of the guys I did it before. (SIC)”

She further added: “I’ll expose boys that date me, so nobody knows I just using them.”

The Ah Beng then went on a rant about the girl.

“FIGURE” WITH NO UPPER BODY SEEN STANDING AT MULTI STOREY CARPARK

A video emerged online showing a “figure” without a discernible upper body standing beside some parked motorcycles.

The incident took place at a multistorey carpark, as the camcar stopped upon seeing the “figure”.

Turns out it was just a mannequin with the top half of its body missing.

YOUNG PUNKS FIGHTING AT CORRIDOR TO PREPARE FOR FIGHT AGAINST C0VID

A video emerged online showing a couple of YPs fighting at a corridor, with their friends as audience.

They were seen wearing boxing gloves and throwing punches at each other.

It is unclear who the YPs are or where the incident occurred.

UNCLE CAUGHT FOR SMOKING NOT HAPPY, MADE RACIAL REMARKS AND GOT JAILED

A man was caught smoked in a sheltered walkway and was told by the officer to give him his identification card to issue him a fine. The man was unhappy that his identification card was not disinfected after it was held by the officer and he made racial comments.

69-year-old Zheng Deng Hao who works as a taxi driver was caught in November last year at 325A Senja Road, he complained to the officers who caught him that he did not have money to pay for the fine and initially he did not want to give his identification card to the officers.

While the officers returned his identification card he threw the card on his taxi engine hood and rubs his hands on the sleeve of the officers stating that he is sensitive to anything that might be unsanitized.

He then makes comments asking if the officers were from Indian and asked if they are infected.

He was eventually jailed two weeks and fine SGD$2,000.

YP THROW RUBBISH ONTO SHELTER, THOUGHT NOBODY SEE, CAUGHT ON CCTV

A video emerged online showing a group of teenagers loitering around a HDB block’s corridor, presumably on the 2nd floor.

One of them was seen throwing rubbish our of the corridor and onto the roof of the shelter.

He was seen looking around to make sure nobody saw him, but he was caught on CCTV littering.

ANG MOH JAYWALKING, KENA HORN NOT HAPPY, WANT TO HANTAM DRIVER

A video emerged online showing an Ang Moh allegedly jaywalking on the road.

He was then horned by the driver of the camcar, before placing his hand on his ears gesturing that the horn wasn’t loud enough.

The driver also shared that the Ang Moh then tried to hit his car with his fist.

Here is what he said:

“I tap on the horn to alert them that their action is dangerous! the guy try to hit my car with his fist! He did not do that only when I pointed at my car camera.”

The incident happened on 31 August at around 4.26pm, at Beach Road towards Ophir Road.

MAN ORDERS DUCK NOODLE, ARRIVES WITH NOODLE WITHOUT DUCK

A man ordered duck noodles via grab food, but when the food arrive all he got is noodles without the duck.

Here is what he said on Facebook:

ORDERED ROASTED DUCK NOODLES FROM H*A Z*I AND ALL I GOT WAS A BOWL OF NOODLES AND A STRAND OF CABBAGE! FIRST TIME FOR ME

What is “misappropriation of property”(MOP), to put it in simple terms, it means using a person or an organization’s property inappropriately even knowing the fact that it is a behaviour of dishonesty.
