A video emerged online showing a train commuter sitting with one leg raised on his seat, and one of his slippers off.
An alighting passenger than kicked his one solitary slipper out of the train cabin, without the knowledge of the man who was seemingly oblivious to his surroundings.
The incident doesn’t appear to have happened in Singapore.

A photo emerged online showing 6 huge fish tanks with fishes inside being placed at a HDB lift lobby.
They appeared to be plugged into an electrical source, presumably by a resident who had no space in his/her home and resorted to putting them outside.
It is unclear where the incident happened.

A video emerged online showing a Ferrari 458 with heavily tinted windows and very loud exhaust.
The ferrari was purportedly being driven around daily, albeit with an expired road tax.
The car’s road tax had reportedly been expired since April this year.
The video was taken yesterday (5 August) at Block 308, Anchorvale carpark Level 5B.

A double decker bus was seen making a wrong turn, before illegally driving over a kerb to return to its route.
The SBS bus 58, had originally signalled to go left, however after turning left, the driver realised that he made a wrong turn.
He then drove over the kerb of the pedestrian island to return to its intended route, albeit very dangerously.
The bus almost hit a cyclist who was making a right turn from the opposite direction.
The incident happened yesterday (5 August) at around 7.58pm along Bishan Street 14.

A GrabFood rider was seen riding on the road while holding up a Singapore flag.
The camera man said: “OI SEMANGAT SEMANGAT! (Oi enthusiatic!)”
The rider then exclaimed: “HAPPY NATIONAL DAY!”

They said: “Eh cb you all ah, this one TikTok, you want to show gangsterism, you come down, don’t show at here.”

“Don’t create ah, fake account then you text people.”

A video emerged online showing a woman dashing across the road while the pedestrian traffic light was still red.
The cam-car was traveling at quite a pace and had to stop in time to prevent a collision with the jaywalker.

As of 5 August 2021, 12 pm, the Ministry of Health (MOH) has confirmed and verified that there are 96 cases of locally transmitted COVID-19 infection.
38 are linked to previous cases and have already been placed on quarantine. 20 are linked to previous cases and were detected through surveillance.
38 are currently unlinked.
Case 67610, a 79-year-old male Singaporean, has passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection on 4 August 2021.
He had sought medical treatment at Sengkang General Hospital on 4 August for shortness of breath and low blood pressure and was confirmed to have a COVID-19 infection on the same day. He had not been vaccinated against COVID-19 and had a history of heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and hypertension.
In total, 40 have passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection.
