The person the uploaded the video to Facebook describe him as follows:

A video has been circulating on Whatsapp and Facebook, the man was seen in a fast-food restaurant and refused to follow instructions and stand behind the line.
The man displays zero respect for Singapore’s countermeasures against COVID-19.
After he was unpleased for being told off, he started to film the other party.
According to MOH, they have announced the numbers early today, MOH will announce the further details later tonight

As of 18 April 2020, 12pm, we have preliminarily confirmed an additional 942 cases of COVID-19 infection in Singapore, the vast majority of whom are Work Permit holders residing in foreign worker dormitories.
The number of local cases has continued to decline, with 14 Singaporeans/ Permanent Residents among the cases today.
We are still working through the details of the cases, and further updates will be shared via the MOH press release that will be issued tonight.
From today (18 April 2020) onwards till 4 May, Mcdonald’s will only allow orders through McDelivery and drive-thru to minimise contact.

A video has been circulating in Whatsapp of a man that made unnecessary comments.He did not wear a mask and said he forgot.
He then said racist remarks against another race.
The incident happened at Pioneer MRT.
This is what he said

The Police have observed an increase in the number of abuse cases against Enforcement Officers (EOs) and SG Clean and Safe Distancing Ambassadors since the implementation of Elevated Safe Distancing Measures (ESDM) to contain the spread of COVID-19. We will not tolerate this, and will take offenders to task.
As of 16 April 2020, the Police have received 12 reports where members of the public have physically or verbally abused EOs and Ambassadors.
On 14 April 2020, a 35-year-old man and his 33-year-old female companion hurled vulgarities at three Ambassadors who advised the man not to sit on a crossed-out seat at a hawker centre located at Toa Payoh Lorong 5.
On 15 April 2020, a 72-year-old man slapped the EO who had requested for his particulars after observing that he was consuming food at a hawker centre located at Blk 89 Circuit Road.
On 15 April 2020, a 40-year-old man head-butted the EO who had advised him to stop playing basketball at the cordoned-off Khatib Multi-Purpose Hall.
On 15 April 2020, a 79-year-old man punched the EO who had advised him to wear his face mask properly along Havelock Road.
On 16 April 2020, a 37-year-old man insulted the Police officer who was issuing a Notice of Composition to his female friend for not wearing a face mask while outside The Cathay.
a 40-year-old man headbutted an enforcement officer at a basketball court located in Khatib. The 40-year-old was told to stop playing after he was told to stop playing basketball at a cordoned-off multi-purpose hall in Khatib.
Police investigations are ongoing against offenders.
Those found guilty of using abusive language against a public servant are liable on conviction to an imprisonment term of up to 12 months, or a fine of up to $5,000, or both.
The offence of voluntarily causing hurt to deter a public servant from the discharge of his duty is punishable with an imprisonment term of up to seven years, a fine, or caning.
According to the latest media release an 11th patient has died from complications due to COVID-19 infection on Friday 17th April 2020, said the Ministry of Health.
The 95-year0old man died on 17 April 2020 (Friday), he was tested positive for the coronavirus on the 13th April 2020

Passing of 95 year old due to COVID-19
A 95 year-old male Singapore Citizen has passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection on 17 Apr. He was confirmed to have COVID-19 infection on 13 Apr. Raffles Hospital has reached out to his family and is extending assistance.
Smoking is still allowed, just that smokes will need to wear back the mask once they are done and observe social distancing among smokers in the yellow box or smoking in areas that are legal.
Orchard Road Smoking Areas have been closed
In view of the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) (Control Order) Regulations 2020, all Designated Smoking Areas (DSAs) along the Orchard Road No Smoking Zone have been closed.
According to MOH, the latest updates for today is 623 cases of the coronavirus. Majority of the cases are foreign workers who are living in dormitories.
According to the latest numbers, the total amount of cases is currently at 5050.
Amount of people that died from the virus remains the same at 10.
Earlier today some other online platforms announced that there were over 1000 cases today but it is not true.
Earlier today The Strait Times announced a wrong figure stating that there are 5573 cases, they have since amended the post and apologize for the error.
