I hope you can help me look for the guy in the picture with the silver hair, pertaining to an accident that my Uncle was in, I believed that my Uncle was intoxicated that night and was experiencing breathing difficulties and fainted while crossing the road halfway.
And the guy in the picture was actually just driving by as he stopped his car at the side of the road to aid my Uncle. It was made known to me that the guy even helped clean my Uncle up after he puked on himself and gave him some water
I’ve tried posting this on other platforms but I’m not sure why it was not published. Would appreciate it if you could help share this act of kindness and

A man shared his unfortunate incident of losing his mobile phone on a Taxi when he was on the way home.
45-year-old Lao Qi Yan took a cab from Payar Lebar to go home. At around 2 AM on the 4th of November 2019, he realized that his Samsung Note 5 Mobile phone has gone missing.
He tried to call his phone but no one answered and it did not take long before the phone went dead(switch off). He then checks his emails and found out that he received an email from Grab stating there is a request to change his email address and a new email address was trying to access his account.
Lao immediately, called his Telco to disable the phone line and contacted Grab to stop his account.
Unfortunately, the person who took the phone manages to change his Gmail password and he could no longer access his Gmail account.
He reported the incident to the Police on the same day, but he did not find out about the illegal transactions that happened on his Grabpay account.
3 days later, he found multiple transactions on his Grab account transferring money out, the amount stolen was $4,151, Lao was surprised that the person who took his phone could access the device despite having a password and fingerprint lock.
The Police are currently investigating in this incident, Grab is also assisting the victim of his unfortunate encounter.
According to the Police, a 79-year-old man has gone missing since 14/11/19 1912 hrs.

According to a media release, a 17-year-old was charged today in a district court after molesting a secondary school girl.
The incident happened on the 2nd of August 2019 at around 6 pm. The 17-year-old was an ex-student of the secondary school and he returned to the school to help out with NPCC training.
He lied and told one of the female students to help him find a lost pencil, the female student helped him search classrooms and the search somehow ended up at a female toilet, he followed the female student in and suggested the the female student to look for the pencil in the biggest cubicle. (Some schools has a bigger cubicle which includes handrails for those that need assistance or the handicapped.)
The moment they went in the bigger cubicle, he locked the door behind him and immediately molested the girl and fondled the girl’s breast from the top.
The girl resisted but the 17-year-old did not stop at the top, he continued in touching her privates and then ask the girl to perform a sex act. When the girl did not agree to do the sex act, he asked if he can be the one that does the sex act instead.
The girl was struggling to escape, but the 17-year-old repeatedly block and push her back. The girl’s phone ring and it is believed that the 17-year-old got distracted and she was able to finally escape.
The student told her boyfriend, NPCC teacher and her sister about the incident and eventually, a police report was lodged.
The 17-year-old pleaded guilty in court today under molestation and an additional molestation charge will be considered in the sentence next week, as court documents revealed that it was not the first time he molested her, a molest incident happened earlier in the month involving the 17-year-old and the same victim.
The resident staying at Blk 289B Punggol Place saw a door of the letterboxes left opened at around 9.10 PM on 14/11/2019. He questions if the Postman is trained properly.
He also states that this is very irresponsible of the postman

After the ban of PMD on the footpath, there have been multiple disputes of PMD riders versus pedestrians on the footpath that are reported in media.

A man who gave Prime Minister’s Lee Hsien Loong’s son a ride at Esplanade taxi stand ended up with an 8-month driving ban and a fine of $900.
The incident happened back in March, 32-year-old man Andrew Sim Kay Yong saw the PM Lee’s son at a taxi stand and offered him a ride home.
Initially, he declined Sim’s offer but eventually step into his vehicle.
While he was in the vehicle, Sim used his mobile phone to take 4 videos of PM Lee’s son while driving on the road. PM Lee’s son did not agree to let him take the videos.
All 4 videos lasted less than a minute. The video soon got spread online and went viral.

23-year-old Jamie Chen Xin Yi was sentenced to 4 months jail after slashing her married lover with a penknife leaving a 22cm wound that required 29 stitches.
The incident happened back on 17 September 2017, Randy Lee Teck Choon, the 42-year-old victim refused to follow the Jamie on a trip to China. The flight to China was due on the 18th of September 2019.
A day before the trip, Randy told Jamie that he will not be going as he is low on cash and an argument soon started. They were on the road in a vehicle when the argument started. Randy drove Jamie to Woodlands Avenue 6 Blk 759, she scratched his car with a penknife and later slashed him on the chest.
The two had an affair that lasted around two years, during the two year period, Jamie harrassed Randy’s wife in a bid to force the wife to leave Randy by divorcing. The married couple has since filed for divorce.
She filed an appeal against her 4-month-old sentence after failing to get a probation sentence.
