It has been reported that a brawl took place at 221A Boon Lay place at midnight on the 21st of December.
According to residents at the area the fight lasted for around 10mins at the area, among the 20 people brawling at the site 4 teens was arrested. They only age between 15 to 18 years old.
One 21 y.o was taken to the hospital for treatments. There was a trail of blood at the scene.
The parang wielder managed escaped the scene and ditch the weapon onto some grass patch.
The police are currently investigating in the incident.
In the video 2 man were trying to hit each other while their friends are holding them back.
