Worst experience with Grab today. I got a booking with this particular driver. Waited for 10 mins and his car didn’t move at all when his ETA was 3 mins and he was just across the road. I messaged him to say I’m waiting at the drop off point and another message to ask him if he was already on the way.
Without any apologies for making me wait, he just said “wait. Calling grab”. After cancelling the ride, I tried to book another and got the same driver! Screen grabs attached are what followed after the 2nd booking. After telling me to wait again, he cancelled the booking.
I understand having to wait for a few minutes if the driver is far away but having to wait cos he’s not moving from his spot for whatever reason and without explanation, I think it’s unacceptable. Especially when drivers have the right to leave when we passengers take a long time to come but as passengers, we are at the mercy of the drivers. Please do something about your drivers. Just a feedback. Thanks.
happening at My First Skool 601 Ang Mo Ave 5. 3 teachers burning archive documents in the offering burner.
when I approached them to stop, the lady in black (senior teacher) mentioned they got the approval of their principal and even 7th month, offerings are done like this.
National Environment Agency (NEA) Ang Mo Kio Town Council please look into the matter. from the sound of it, it seems like a normal practice for them.
Assalamualaikum (may peace and blessings be upon you),
It has come to my attention that my bike photo was posted online with a message stating that i was revving it “loudly” and upsets one of the MANY neighbours in my neighbourhood. I am here to set things straight.
1. Yes, i did rev my bike in the early morning as i was having a problem where my bike keeps stalling while about to move off. Revving it continuously was the only way i know of to ensure that petrol was going into the carburetor.
2. No, my exhaust is not a “modified” exhaust system like some gundoos here stated. I have paid an inspection fee and also have a valid certificate from LTA to confirm the legality of my exhaust system.
3. To the bitter person who pasted vandalism on my bike, because i am a very centered and calm person, i will let you off with a warning this time. On the day it happened, i just thought that this was a minor thing and also was already running late for work. So i brushed the whole incident off. Even so, i will NOT hesitate to make a police report for vandalising my bike. So please, if you, the person who posted the messages on my bike have any decency, the least you could do is leave your contact so we can have a chat about your displeasure.
4. I challenge you, the person who posted the message on my bike to call up LTA, like some people here suggested for them to check the validity of my “modified” exhaust.
Sorry for the long post. Hopefully this clears the matter on my case. I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience i may have caused to my fellow neighbours from my actions.

When my sis & i were going down the escalator with our shopping bags, the couple ran towards me. The man was asking if i understanding Mandarin, i thought they wanted to ask for directions(as usual always want to be helpful), so i said “YES”(with a smile) and i started to call my sister to stop walking so i can help them.
In the end, this man was telling me they just lost RMB 1million(SGD $200,000) in genting and currently have no money to eat. Need to wait for his family to send him money. And he wanted us to treat him to eat in a restaurant.

#TeamFDR Scam Alert! | In the recent weeks, the Fast Debt Recovery Team have uncovered an alleged scam that is spearheaded by a man named Mr. Lim Jia Xing, Frederick (Sxxxx7197B). The victims who have fallen prey to this scam have all experienced the same misfortune. One incident goes as such:
1. Our client (Mr. A) has expressed his interest to purchase a used car from B-Auto, a firm that Mr. Frederick owns. He was given 2 options – purchase the car without a loan and make a full payment immediately or apply for a bank loan and he’ll get to drive the car back after topping up the balance.
2. After some consideration, Mr. A decided to go with the first option. He proceeded to trade in his old car and top up the required balance as assessed by Mr. Frederick. Mr. Frederick then proceeded to make the necessary arrangements and gave Mr. A the car keys to drive the car home.
3. Unfortunately, Mr. A’s joy was short-lived. A few days later, the newly purchased vehicle was repossessed. Surprised and shocked, Mr. A begin doing his own investigation where he started to uncover the sad truth; not only did the monies that he handed to Mr. Frederick was not used for its original intent, the car that was delivered to him at B-Auto by Mr. Frederick was still mortgaged to the finance company/banks!
4. Even though the events that transpired between Mr. Frederick and our client happened within a span of 7 days, it was already enough to dramatically alter our client’s life and way of living as Mr. A was left with nothing, no car, no money and no explanation from Mr. Frederick himself.
A great man who harbored hopes for a better life is now reduced to living on the simplest of means which inconvenienced him greatly- a mere 20-30mins drive to work became a 1-2 hours commute, a stress-free lifestyle became one fraught with disappointment, and dreams of a better life became terrible, sleepless nights.
Mr. A is not the only client who has fallen prey to B-Auto and Mr. Frederick’s unethical business practices. We strongly encourage those who have too experienced first-hand the dishonesty of Mr. Frederick and B-Auto to step forward and share their stories with us or the relevant authorities. At Fast Debt Recovery, we strongly believe that there is strength in numbers and that we all should all work together hand-in-hand to bring such a horrendous act to justice!
