“We are not rotten apples, We are students and We have a dream to fulfill, We have a job to do and that is to show the society that no matter who we are or what we are, always believe that we will and we can make it one day as long as we don’t give up easily and continue trying our best. Having a strong mindset is the key to success.”
A comedic yet inspiring film that revolves the story around a group of students having a negative mindset that they are good for nothing just because of the society that looks down on them but things started to change when something happened to them that leads them to have a better life, better mindset and better friendships.”

Dear Valued Patrons, as we have been overwhelmed with enquiries on our re-opening date, the management has decided to reveal the facts that are causing the delays as we feel its unfair to our patrons to be kept in the dark with excuses of renovations. The FACT OF THE MATTER pertaining to the re-opening is there has been delays due to the following acts that we deem wrongful in our opinion.
A notice of immediate suspension as published by the media was served dated 8th December 2017 on allegations of vice activities originating from the premises. The immediate suspension however is wrongful in our opinion. Attached in this post are the images containing excerpts from the relevant material for your reference.
1. The Public Entertainments Act (PEA), even after its enhancements and new empowerments in August 2017 only permits one grounds for IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION – 14(2A) which states “immediately suspend a licensee if “proceedings” have commenced.
2. As the word “proceedings” has not been defined, the intention has been extracted from parliamentary readings that elaborate on “proceedings” – it is clear the intention refers to court proceedings. Preliminary investigations, allegations, media articles do not constitute “proceedings”
3. The Notice of Suspension issued after “CAREFUL CONSIDERATION” refers to Section 14(3A) of the PEA. This is clearly FLAWED as the reason why a section is referred to as 14(3A) is simply because it is a SUB-SECTION of 14(3) which is with reference to a topic about demerit points and has no relevance to the circumstances of the suspension.
We appreciate your continuous support and whilst we know most of you are eagerly awaiting our re-opening. We are at present still unable to rectify this matter with the relevant department. Despite the obvious errors we have pointed out and the necessary written formalities submitted, unfortunately the decision has not been overturned whilst our damages continue to increase daily.
We apologize if we have misled you to believe that we are currently under renovation and upgrading works as we have been expecting that the decision to be overturned immediately as the immediate suspension was not constitutional and not in accordance with the statues stated in the PEA. However, due to unknown reasons, at this point in time despite three weeks passing, no individual in the relevant department is undertaking the decision to make the relevant amendment and overturn this suspension. We look forward to serving you soon.
Warm Regards
Management

Man arrested for creating unnecessary public alarm.
On 24 Dec at about 1.45am, officers at Woodlands checkpoint were conducting checks on an arriving Malaysia-registered car when one of the passengers, a male Singaporean, allegedly told the officers that there was a bomb in the car. The area was immediately cordoned off and full resources were deployed to check the vehicle and all passengers. The 25-year-old man was subsequently arrested for making the uncalled-for remarks and is currently investigated by the Singapore Police Force for a possible offence under Regulation 8(1) of the United Nations (Anti-Terrorism Measures) Regulations.
ICA treats all security threats at the checkpoints seriously. We will not hesitate to take actions against such irresponsible behaviour that not only created unnecessary public alarm but also inconvenienced other checkpoint users. Anyone found guilty of committing the offence may be liable to a fine of up to $100,000 or with imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years, or both.
Just sharing, In case anyone like to book a chalet at Cherry Loft Resort, my opinion kindly think twice before booking.
Our family had an unpleasant stay in the chalet during the last weekend.
The condition of the chalet And surrounding was terrible. Bad maintenance of facilties and room.
More worst to come, the clealiness of the chalet! Apparently, There are over 20 cockraches hiding and crawling in the toilet. Worst part was their staff already knew that our units have cockroaches but they still provide us with that units! My dad had caught more than 5 cockroaches in the toilet. I waited for 20 mins before their manager decided to see me. He suggested to change our both units but again we found baby cockroaches in the toilet.
Again we was given another units, Luckily there wasnt any cockroaches because if not i really do not know what to comment.
Floor was dirty, black dirty. The bedsheets and blankets was also dirty that it even caused itchness all over the body.Toilet was also terrible, they was fungus in it.
Customer service provided by their staffs and managers was horrendous. During check out, they claimed that their items inside the chalet was missing despite not checking properly. At the end of day, my family member had checked and yes all the items was there.
What i am more concerned here during our stay was the clealiness of the chalet.
This chalet is meant for family orientation which consist of people from different type of ages.
Despite all the negative reviews from agoda.com, the management of cherry loft is not working on something to improve on their current situation.
A report have already been filed because i do not want the same thing occuring to anyone here.
Up to date till now, I am still awaiting response from the cherry loft management.
