17 Y.O BOY JAILED AFTER SEXUALLY ABUSED 10 Y.O INTELLECTUALLY DISABLED BOY

17 year-old Woo Eng Loong was 17 when he performed oral on the 10-year-old boy. It has been reported that the 10-year-old had only an IQ of 87.

Incident happened earlier last year in the morning at Maude Road.

After pleading guilty to the incident, he was sentenced to seven year’s jail! The incident started, when woo loiter around the neighbourhood and notice the 10-year-old. He approach him and asked if he was willing to ‘hang out’. The 10-year-old responded that he have to asked his mom first.

Woo then took the 10-year-old to a HDB blk and the moment they arrive at a secluded area. He suddenly took off the boy’s pants and did the unspeakable with his mouth. The 10-year-old was afraid and started crying, Woo covered his mouth while committing the deed.

Later on he turned the 10-year-old to face the wall and did another …….. mistake.

The 10-year-old escaped and told his father whom made a police report.

Open Letter to the People’s Association (PA) by SADeaf Executive Director, Ms Sylvia Teng

Reference: Quality of Sign Language Instructors

1) We understand that The People’s Association has been offering sign language courses as part of its PA Courses -SkillsFuture@PA programme which, no doubt, will encourage more members of the public to have a better understanding and communicate with our Deaf & Hard-of-hearing community.

2) However, it has been brought to our attention by concerned viewers and members of our Deaf & Hard-of-hearing community over the quality of sign language instructors after watching the inaccurate signs demonstrated by Ms Tan Teck Sum (a Hearing & an instructor endorsed/approved by PA to conduct sign language courses at its community centres) during the interview segment on Channel 8 Chinese Current Affairs Programme – 狮城有约 Hello Singapore (乐学梦起飞) aired on 20 November 2017.

It is important to note that if the person who is conducting the sign language courses does not possess the relevant qualifications/training or skills to run such courses, it will affect the course participants’ learning of the language and their proficiency in communication with our Deaf and Hard-of-hearing community.

3) Singapore Sign Language (SgSL) is our native sign language that has developed over the last 6 decades, which is socially recognised and accepted by our Deaf & Hard-of-hearing community and is a reflection of Singapore’s diverse linguistic culture.

4) Signing Exact English (SEE) is not a sign language, but a sign system which, as its name implies, follows English exactly in terms of word order and grammar. It visually represents spoken language on the hands and can be used simultaneously with voiced English.

5) Over the years, SADeaf has been dedicating resources to research and develop the Singapore Sign Language (SgSL) curriculum and teaching materials. All our SgSL instructors have to undergo regular assessments & in-house training, including training conducted by overseas trainers before they are certified to conduct SgSL courses.

6) From our records, Ms Tan Teck Sum (Hearing) has never been on SADeaf’s list of Signing Exact English (SEE) instructors nor on the current list of Singapore Sign Language (SgSL) instructors.

Sign language instructors listed with PA are also not on our current list of SgSL instructors.

As such, SADeaf is concerned of their teaching abilities and the original source/quality of their teaching materials and regrettably unable to conscientiously recommend or endorse them.

A qualified and trained Deaf sign language instructor would have been more appropriate to teach sign language to members of the public as he/she will be in the better position to share about our unique Deaf Culture and our language.

We sincerely hope that PA will take our feedback seriously and look into the matter.

My name is Ng, and this is my story.

I’m being accused of things that I did not commit and now being a single Father, I’m being sued to pay my ex-Girlfriend of $8000 with baseless grounds.

In fact, I would like to seek justice for myself and tell the whole world about her misgiving and her wrong doing, and how she cheat money from various parties in the name of charity. I’m not raising money for myself, in fact, if any of you kind soul here and forward this campaign from this page, I will donate $1 to every share, up to the amount of $1000 for Singapore Association of Mental Health.

The ex-Girlfriend I’m talking about is Vivian Pan, the founder of Single Parents Support Group @ SPSG, a so-call social enterprise and registered with raiSE.

Following are some of the evidences she tamper with kind soul donations and use them for her own stall in Taman Jurong:

These cooking oil was donated by a kind sponsor called Jonathan Yeo, and these oil are meant to be for the needy in lower income family, but end up at her stall in Taman Jurong, and some of them are still at her home.

At her stall in Taman Jurong, she serve PORK CHOP rice, and I would never expect her to serve her PORK CHOP rice to the MUSLIM children whenever she host free gathering for the children, totally despicable.

When we broke up, I’m so worried that those items she placed at my house are obtained in an unfairly and unidentified manner, I’ve to make a police report and surrender all to the police.

I’m sorry that this post is so long, but these are the evidence which I have and I feel it’s morally right to expose her, and hope no more sponsors will be cheated by her.

Remember, I’m not asking for money, but asking for justice to be served. I’m sure someone will make a police report on this case, and if someone can contact Commissioner of Charity, that will be wonderful.

I will donate $1 to SAMH for every share of this campaign to expose her wrong doing, up to 1000 share and $1000.

On the 27th Nov, Approximately 11.30am, ALL of our video contents were intentionally deleted by our FB editor Kiara Ch3ng (whom blocked us from her own personal account afterwards).

This is our hard earn effort from the entire team. Regardless of what happened, she shouldn’t have done that. There is one video that we just done yesterday and it is going viral and it’s all gone now.

What happened (see screenshots) :
This morning, Kiara sent a message to one of the founders saying that the “content we give her sucks” and that she deserve better content.

And then she complained that we were being biased to another lady by giving her better content.

We ended off the chat by saying that she’s quite rude and we find it hard to work with her.

She ended off with a “bye”.

Shortly later, ALL our videos on foodhypers were deleted.

We have 3-4 other talents, and other video editors, videographer who spent time and effort filming and editing. These people have never spoken to her nor offended her and were caught up in this.

We would also like to apologize to all our f&b owners who collaborated with us.

Dear fellow colleagues, there seems to be a weird scam going on on facebook. The scammer will create a fake account using one of our colleague’s cover photo and profile photo and proceed to add all the friends in the friend list.

I suggest lets check with your friend when you receive such requests and report them. Might be helpful to private your friend list too.
So far I’ve encountered fake Phyu Aung and fake Aiza Meneses

After posting these videos, 4 ppl have said tt their cheese had the same issue. So it could be an issue with the entire batch. Kindly check it cheese before consuming. I have messaged NTUC Fairprice about this. Will wait for a reply.

I wanna puke my guts out now!! I opened a new pack of cheese from Fairprice and found greenish substance on it.
Its expiry date is in 2018!!

JUST HAVE THE WORST RIDE OF MY LIFE.

Grabshare ma. So got other passengers. End up, she dropped first passenger along express way after driving at 40-50km/hr. The passengers were also shocked with the way she drive. HELLO, EXPRESSWAY CAN ALIGHT PEOPLE ONE UH ? YOUR GRANDFATHER ROAD IS IT ? be glad that the passengers were nice enough to still pay you for such kind of service. Passengers alighted say- (in Chinese- A- luckily she not driving in the day where there are more cars. B- ya lor, we better faster alight and just walk home.

I just kept quiet. End up shortly after the driver’s phone died. She was like- aiya shit, sorry my phone died. Where you going uh ? I was like, i will guide you. So I really tried my best to guide her. Those who knw me, I guide ppl got patience one. End up, she make me vomit blood. Drove at 30-40km on the road.

Don’t know how many cars horned at her. I asked her to turn right, green light she slowed down 🤦🏻‍♀️ nvm, got green arrow to turn right ma. She waited till the light turned red so i asked her, why did’nt you turn. Her reply- red light what, wait la. 👍🏻 I said to her- hello, if you are driving this way, don’t drive grab. You are putting everyone at risk.

“Her reply- YOU SHUT UP, YOU BLOODY IDIOT.”

I lost my cool and said, you wna drive this, don’t come and harm others. Just alight me here. Her reply- You will get Karma for this. LOLS ! I got off the car and attempted to slam the door with my injured hand 🤦🏻‍♀️, end up she drove off and smth hit myeg (i really dk what cause i was fuming mad). Then my leg bleed -.-

Seriously I have been taking grab almost everyday.

Penang –  Nightclub owners discovered “Milo and  Detox Juice bags” that contents drugs, drug traffickers buy Milo & Detox Fruit Health package and cut open the packaging. They mixed the drinks with drugs, and then bring it over to the nightclubs to sell.

Penang Deputy Sheriff Rossie said this is not the first incident in Penang. The police arrested a similar drug case, the operation police arrested 5 Chinese men and women drug traffickers.
He said, such a small bag of drugs, such as the Milo, the market about 100 to 200 ringgit, after the opening the package it is enough for 2, 3 people to drink.
“I have ordered my man to report back to the nightclub and pay more attention to the customers who drink the juice or the Milo, as this may be a” feeding “drink because it is not normal to drink Milo in the nightclub. ”
