DRUNK MAN JAILED AFTER PUNCHING HIS SISTER AND THREATEN TO BURN DOWN CLINIC

A man was sentenced to 18 months and 2 weeks of jail after he punched his own sister and scolded his father in his drunken state.

46-year-old Tan Hiang Hock committed the deed in April and another occasion in May. He punched his own father in the neck after having a quarrel with his family. Then on the 1st of May, he got drunk again and started verbally abusing his father which lead to a squabble with his sister, whom he punches her none stop still there was a fracture in her cheek.

Later on, in May, the even scolded police officers who were trying to help him up as he was found in a drunken state passing out in a public area. He later threatened to burn a clinic on a separate occasion.

He was eventually arrested.  During all these incidents he was drunk.

In response to the Grab driver that got suspended that day before the National day. Another grab driver commented the following.
“I have not accepted Grab jobs for 10 months now in fact I deleted the APP. Yet Grab still send me promotions. They called me twice to find out why I’m not using their APP’s. I told them I’m no longer interested and I have already deleted the APP. They ask me to go to their office to discontinue the service. I ask them why as I’m not their employee. I drive a TransCab and they recruited me at the airpot taxi stand. I’m sure they can do the same without me having to go down to their office. Who the Hell do this people think they are????”
“Great. Hope more drivers don’t depend too much on their app or don’t use at all. Nowndays they are getting arrogant to suspend drivers for rejecting their call. Why must taxi drivers who not driving their company taxi got to be under their control.”

A worker asked his boss to give him a day off as he claims that his body is in no condition to work. The boss told him to go sleep on site.

Is the boss a doctor? who is he to judge if the worker needs to go doctor or not. If the worker is unable to work i believe the doctor will issue him an MC.

Hi, I’m the guy who created posted a Google Form some days back to pick girls up. Have read your comments and responses, and I’m also laughing hard at them myself.

think whatever you may, but i feel there’s potentially something to gain, and nothing to lose.

i’ve got some really interesting responses. political leaders (dead, alive, and candidates) have taken interest in me. there was Stalin, Kim-Jong-Un, and Hilary to name a few. i got a friendly reply from a headhunter offering me a potential job. a saint even matchmade me with an air-stewardess from a renown airline, and I thank you for considering my interests. i’ve also gotten note that my post can be found on mothership, and i’m amazed by the number of FB shares through that article.

Actually, in my whole NUS journey so far I have only taken interest and approached one girl. however, things did not turn out the way I wanted, and I have sinced moved on. so to clarify on the first post i created here that made everyone think I had not approached girls before, I did. however, i’m not the perfect guy (tall, handsome, rich, humorous, gentle, driven, kind – all in one package)

Dear all my Facebook friends, I need help from everyone’s to help me share this footage to everyone’s you know. Yesterday I had lost my wallet, but lucky the shop had CCTV eyes on this group of peoples, When I leave the shop after they came and eat.

This lady saw my wallet on the chair and pass it to other guy and this guy refused to return my wallet to the staff working over there. The footage show very clear this guy took my money away. I need to catch this guy and this group of friends. Thanks for everyone’s help

According to reports, this white car ended up at NUS hostel located at Prince George Park Residences.

The incident happened on 08/08/2017 at approximately 2.30pm, luckily no one was injured in this incident. According to an eye witness that was in the vicinity, a loud bang was heard after the vehicle hit the pillar of the building.

This incident gathered a crowd and students were seen taking photos at the scene.

Police are investigating the incident.

Hi friends. I really need everyone to read this post and warn their friends and family. I never complain about products online, but I am so sad to report that my mother has been severely temporarily disabled by a product from chemist warehouse called RE-NU Fresh Multipurpose contact lens solution.

My mother has been wearing contact lenses for 17 years, and using the same contact lens solution for as long as she can remember… possibly since her first set of contacts arrived. 3 weeks ago she purchased a batch of this solution in a 3 pack of 355ml bottles. The expiry is November 2018 and the batch number is: AU355X3-67L238.

She opened the product on Sunday and used it correctly as advised. On Monday she was hospitalised and diagnosed with Keratitis, an eye condition that can lead to permanent loss of vision if not treated quickly. She is in extreme pain, cannot see, cannot open her eyes and is terrified and upset.

She is on high doses of pain killers, constantly needing eye drops to flush her eyes and she is taking antibiotics for the infection caused by the lens solution.

The worst part of this is, that the manufacturer (Bausch + Lomb) has recalled their lens products in the past due to causing dangerous numbers of Keretitis. The evidence is all over the internet, all you have to do is google it.

The product and batch number is now under investigation at Bausch + Lomb.

An update on mums condition is that she is home in bed and resting. She cannot open her eyes due to the pain, and when she does she can only see fuzzy lights, but no objects. She is still on strong pain killers, but as they wear off at the end of each 4 hour dose, the pain becomes unbearable again. She is still in a lot of pain and she is unable to do daily tasks like cook dinner and shower. She can’t read or respond to emails and texts, she can’t watch TV or drive her car. Her freedom has been completely compromised due to the manufacturers lack of quality control, and adherence to Australian consumer safety standards.
