PROPERTY AGENT APPEALING TO MARKETING PORTAL NOT TO INCREASE THE COST BY 100%

I am appealing to PropertyGuru and garnering support from the real estate industry leaders. Recently my associates have receive this so called Rumours of PropertyGuru increasing the reposting and boosting credits.

The cost if implemented, for newly agents and average producing agents is very destructive to them, as the overall market for rental and resale is still not that fantastic. A lot of agents are still struggling to keep up with cost that are increasing.

Our support to PropertyGuru is because it’s really effective but that doesn’t mean that we are being used to be at the mercy of the ever increasing yearly premium and reposting credits. If we are being deem as partner I think it shouldn’t increase the reposting at this point of time and even if you want to increase it shouldn’t be a 100% increase.

I hope all leaders are able to voice out for your associate and hopefully this is not true.

ANGMO MOM WANT TO LET ALL MOM WORLDWIDE THAT NO MOM JOB IS THE SAME!

Girlfriends, I got to get something off my chest.

My house is never clean. Like ever. I have friends (with kids) whose houses are spotless. Are they better mothers than me? Nope. Am I a better mother than them? Nope.

I work out every day. I have mom friends who don’t exercise. (I mean other than running around like crazy people after their kids). Does that make either of us a better mom? Nope.

I have a friend who gave birth in a pool in her living room. I pushed mine out in a hospital bed after receiving a gift from the epidural fairy. Both of us are good moms.

I drink a beer or glass of wine (sometimes in front of my kids!) on occasion. I’m a good mom. My neighbor and good friend don’t drink. Also a good mom.

I’m a yeller. I have a good friend who is quiet and extremely patient. I envy her. But we are both good moms.

I have friends who are super organic, chemical free, and dye free. My kids sometimes eat popsicles for breakfast. The cheap kind that are 50 for $2.00. Are either of us better than the other? Nope.

I swear, but not in front of my kids. Are you a bad mom if you do? Hell no.

I’m involved with my kids’ school but I don’t volunteer and live there every day. Are the moms who volunteer daily any better than those who never do? No. Am I incredibly grateful for the moms who volunteer every day and help the teachers? YES.

Are stay-at-home moms better than working moms? NO.

Are working moms better than stay-at-home moms? NO.

Are married moms better than single moms? NO.

Are you a better mom if you take your kids on exotic vacations? NO.

Can you be a good mom if you the closest thing you get to a vacation is the park? YES.

Can you be a good mom and have a super scheduled summer with lots of planned activities? Yep.

What about if your summer is lazy with no plans? Yep.

Do good moms let their kids watch TV? Yes.

Play video games? Yes.

What about if you say no? Also fine. Your choice. You’re the mom. And a good one.

I’m a Christian. My friend and neighbor is Muslim. Another friend practices no religion at all. WE ARE ALL GOOD MOTHERS.

My other friend is gay. Her kids have TWO mothers. They are both good moms.

I breastfed. My kids barely had any formula. Am I better than moms who give their kids formula? NO.

So how about this? Can we all climb down off judgmental mountain for a second? And just support one another? And just say, Hey, motherhood is hard. You’re doing a good job. Raising kids can knock the wind out of a person. You got this.

How awesome would that be? Just a thought.

FORCE CLOSING OF IPHONE APPS DOESN’T SAVE YOUR BATTERY!

It seems like every single day we’re told that one of our long-held views is wrong, or the way we’ve been undertaking somewhat our whole lives isn’t right.

Apparently in trying to close the apps on our IPhone to try and save battery is the latest thing that we all been doing wrong.

Technology Expert John Gruber has written a long post that in fact it doesn’t save battery but drain it faster.

In it he wrote: “Not only does force quitting your apps not help, it actually hurts. Your battery life will be worse and it will take much longer to switch apps if you force quit apps in the background.

John pens in the blog, is that the ingenious people who create iPhones have planned the Apple iOS to be power effective. So, when you change between apps, without terminating it, your phone will kind of ‘freeze’ it and, while in this on hold state, it will use barely any power at all until you renew it.

Whereas, if you close the app, you’re forcing the phone totally shut it down and then when you do come to boot it up again, it will use even more of your battery to boot it up from the beginning.

I am appealing to PropertyGuru and garnering support from the real estate industry leaders. Recently my associates have receive this so called Rumours of PropertyGuru increasing the reposting and boosting credits.

Not only that it has been confirmed by insider that propertyguru will increase the package prices once again!!! This time round almost double the price for a Specialist Account (renamed to premier package) from current $980.00 p.a. to $1880.00 p.a. with reduced number of listing posting from 50 to 25?!!! So what’s their justifications???

Seriously, isn’t this like Unfair Competition Act? It is kind of like a monopoly? Can any expert advise?(https://www.ccs.gov.sg/legislation/competition-act)

We are paying the subscription fee aren’t we considered as Consumer too? Can’t Consumers Association of Singapore – CASE and/or CEA be involved?

Or may be the higher authorities and media need to be alerted in order action to be considered?

Standard Package

GRAB DRIVER CLAIM HE GOT THREATENED AND SCOLDED BY AH LIAN PASSENGER

A Grabshare driver shared his experience with an Ah Lian couple who kept scolding him and threatened to get him sacked because he could not locate their pick up point.

According to the netizen, Farhan, he picked up his first rider at Bishan before heading to a condominium at Jalan Peminpin Dr. 7. He turned into the condo and tried to locate his passengers, who were a pair of Ah Lians. Being unable to locate his passengers, he called one of the Ah Lians on the phone. The woman proceeded to scold him on the phone as she claimed that she had already sent the driver a text message.

When the driver finally picked up the passengers, he apologized for missing their message as he was concentrating on his driving. However, the women continued to nag at the driver and scold him even in the presence of the first passenger. The constant scolding made the driver so uncomfortable, he decided to tell the 2 Ah Lians to get down from the car.

After getting down from the car, the women continued to argue with the driver for more than 15 minutes and called Grab support to make a scene. The first passenger tried to end the fight by telling the driver to move on and take her to her destination. The Ah Lians then threatened that they would make the driver lose his job.
