I just want to share my experience that if you ever have plans of wearing this kind of earrings, think twice or you’ll be a victim like me, too.
It’s been months since it was stuck in my left ear. Many hands have tried to take it off, they even used tools but they just can’t. I’ve given up and let it be stucked there for months causing it to rust because it gets wet everytime I take a bath, causing my ear to get irritated by it.
Because of my negligence and not giving a damn about it for a long time, these past days I’ve been experiencing swelling and wincing everytime it’s accidentally touched. Just until then, I got it operated and have my ear tore and stitched by a doctor.
Now, a 20-peso-earing cost me approximately 10k-peso-operation which can now buy original earrings. Because of being frugal, I am led to having greater expense plus having a katawa-tawa face because of this awkward look of having a dressing that looks like a one-sided headphone. Everybody stares at you like you look like an alien. I would also even laugh when I look at myself in the mirror.
What I’m trying to say is that let’s be careful in wearing cheap earrings cause some people are allergic to it and some may be victims of this kind of situation too.

One of my most shagged Cardiac Arrest case.. Responded together with bro Jeremy Luke Nonis.
All of us had a hard time locating the exact location. Next was the lift being so slow.. Had to climb x number of stairs instead.
Upon arrival, patient collapsed inside the toilet. Thankfully, the wife started CPR and we continued on for about 6mins with our CPR Card, provided by Dispatcher-Assisted first REsponder – DARE. It showed us accurately our compression depth & rate, which actually gave us the assurance that we were doing quality CPR.
Firebiker arrived and shock was advised. 1 shock given. Paramedic arrived and continued on with the protocol. A total of about 5 – 6 shocks were given and we hope that the patient could make it out alive.

After the song has been reviewed by the authorities, Communications and Multimedia Minister Datuk Seri Dr Salleh said that after reviewing the famous song ‘DESPACITO’ decided to stop all its TV and radio from broadcasting this song.
That is a total of 36 radio and 3 television stations!
They said that the lyrics are obscene.

Rushed over immediately to Hougang MRT when my Sister called me urgently at 853pm. My 3+ years old Nephew was injured by the MRT gantry gates. After he tapped his EZ link card and was about to walk through the gates, the gates closed up on him very fast. My Sister informed the two MRT staffs by the names of Louis Heng and Thiah YK but none of them came out to assist.
Out of exasperation and seeing there is no assistance going to be rendered, my Sister opened the side gate to get to my Nephew fast to check on his injury.
He complained about pain on his chest and stomach, and perhaps on his shoulder too. The MRT staffs called ambulance. By the time I reached, the supervisor Krishnan was looking at CCTV. My Nephew was sitting on a chair, looking scared/shocked and in pain. My Sister related the incident to me again and I asked to speak to the supervisor. I requested for the names of three of them and the avenue to lodge a complaint and an investigation on the incident. The main grouse from my Sister is the two staffs did not try to assist or come out from their seat to even take a look at my Nephew who has been injured by the gates. They even tried to record my Sister’s conversation with them. This kind of service standard is totally unacceptable. No matter what they were doing at that point in time, after they were informed, shouldn’t they just come out to check on a child who could possibly be injured when the gates closed on him unexpectedly? They were given enough response time but they did nothing.

Thank you to all my family & friends and many warm hearted netizens who have shared my post and have provided kind words and advices. And due to privacy reason, I have removed my contact number from this post too.
Just an update, there isn’t any call from SBS transit for the whole day today (before I removed my contact number at 1120pm). Their customer service is not doing their job well to contact me first for any clarification. Their fb administrator also did not even contact me even though their last active post was 4 hours ago. My BIL has done his feedback of this incident via proper channel since this morning and we shall see how soon they will respond to us.

It’s quite appalling that no one from the SAA’s secretariat has gotten in touch with me up till today since the incident on 26 June. No one explained to me what happened, apologise or ask me if I was alright despite being the first to know about the incident. And worst of all, the Sports & Development Manager cut off communication with me when I contacted her team regarding other matters pertaining to the upcoming SEA Games after I was back.
This is not the first time the staff has displayed unprofessionalism and immaturity pertaining to work related matters. She has also blocked me from WhatsApp since March this year and asked me to send all urgent request via email.
Glad that SAA management committee is looking into this matter and is investigating the staff who has been exhibiting negligence in her work.
Once again, many thanks to Singapore Airlines for their impeccable services and prompt assistance.

I am a fking vain person. I’ve been wearing makeup since I was 13, even when I go to school. Girls around me would be asking me why I put makeup and saying that I don’t have to put makeup and I always thought that they are just jealous cos they don’t know how to put makeup. As I grow older I took my vanity to the next level. I got obsessed with plastic surgery and spent all my savings on a few surgeries on my eyes, nose, jaw and braces. I thought it would make me more attractive and I would have more admirers.
After all these surgeries, I did not have more admirers. My love life was still the same despite all these efforts. Then I met someone online. We didn’t know each other’s looks and identity. We simply enjoyed talking to each other.
A few months into chatting online, he asked me out and on our first date I put on full makeup as usual, concealer, foundation, eyeshadow, eyeliner, lipgloss, etc. I thought I looked perfect and the date was indeed perfect. We started dating and our relationship grew stronger as time goes. We grew comfortable with each other and sometimes I would send him selfies of me without makeup.
Then one day he said something that shocked me, “You know..I really love your dark eyecircles and your freckles.. you look so much prettier without makeup.. I like you without any makeup.. actually when I first saw you, I did not like the way you look.. but I still want to be with you because during the first few months of chatting online, I really enjoyed talking to you..”
It was not my looks that attracted him. He didn’t even like my looks when he first met me. It was my personality that attracted him. Eventually I stopped wearing makeup whenever we meet up but he never fails to compliment me on how pretty I look without makeup. He also always tells me how lucky he is to have found someone so caring, understanding and supportive. He said it was my kindness that makes me beautiful.. A 50+-year-old man was arrested after shooting metal pellets at a car located in Woodlands. The car was there because there was a wedding ceremony going on and one can only assume the man was annoyed by the noise during the wedding.
A couple’s wedding was disturbed after pellets were shot at cars that are associated to the groom and bride.
It has been reported that the probable cause of the damaged car windscreen was due to the noise from the gate-crashing ceremony. It is common for Singapore local weddings to do this tradition of playing games before allowing the groom to fetch the bride from her parents home.
The incident happened yesterday morning at around 7 am.

I walked towards the little girl, trying to comfort her for about 5 minutes. A few passers by then asked me to bring her to the information counter and I was concerned about her safety, thinking that she could have been lost.
As I was about to bring her to the information counter, a Chinese woman I believed to be the toddler’s mother then came out from istudio and shouted at the toddler by her name. A few passers by then told me that the toddler’s mother was there, and so I brought the toddler back to the mother.
My intention was trying to help the helpless little girl to find her mum being a mother I know the anxiety of the mum and child.
David Voo accused me of being an abductor without finding out the truth. This post with my photo and arrow pointing at me had hurt me deeply. My neighbours and friends have approached me to ask me why I could be smeared in such a way, and I decided to lodge a police report.
Dear FB friends with a sense of juctice, please help me convince David Voo of my innocence. He has spoilt my reputation. The experience is painful. I want him to remove the post immediately and apologize to me”.
