After Singapore banned the sale of Shisha since 2014, Arab street has gotten quieter many business owners have move on. Two of this restaurant owners decided to try their luck and sold Shisha without a licence.
Even after the banned of Shisha, Nasrin Restaurant and Sufi Corner continued to sell Shisha on seven separate occasions. Both restaurant owners was fined for a total of S$12,300.
Apparently back in 2014 the restaurant had sold shisha without tobacco retail licences.

I am one of the victim being scammed of money and sex by this guy called Kelvin Lin, or Lin ShiJun.
I want to spread this post urgently because I know that I’m not the only girl he cheated money from and hope to prevent more victims falling into his trap. A mutual friend of mine was also cheated by him on JANUARY 2016. After chatting with mutual friend, it seems that he is using the same tactics to bait us into getting in a relationship with him. We hope the power of social media can help to reach out to more victims out there and to create awareness to protect people from such scams.
There are already a few victims who reported it to the police. We need to gather more evidence for the police for them to take actions against him! If you’re one of them, don’t worry because you’re not alone. I’m here to help so please PM me.
Please spare some time to read what had happened to me below:
• I knew this guy on OKCupid on June 2017. And we started chatting on Whatsapp.
• He will specifically look for girls who are quiet, gentle and soft spoken. Those who use online dating platforms/wechat to find something more serious that can progress into marriage. Assuring that you found “the one”.
• I am already in a relationship with him shortly after chatting even though we haven’t meet.
• He said that he’s working for his family (own business), stay in landed property and was previously cheated by his ex gf ($40k).
• He asked me out on first date, making me pay for it with his excuses. Also had sex as he thinks its common since already in a BGR.
• He asked for money to be transferred to him and also asked for an advanced birthday present claiming that his laptop crashed.
• He kept saying that he no money and need to transfer him with the promise that he will return on next meet.
• Shortly after getting the money he needed, he started MIAing. Block/unblock whatsapp and calls after exposing him.
• Asked for the money back, he delay and delay thinking I wouldn’t take any action against him. Threatened to call police then he said he drop off a cheque. Funny is he don’t even know my full name.

The video was first uploaded at a Facebook page named the ‘The penangtalks’.
A motorist was unhappy in the female driver behind him. He started driving like an a**hole blocking and jam braking to be an annoying turd.
He finally got down from his bike and hit the car’s windscreen. Resulting in a spider web on the top right-hand corner. He later continued to make threats to the female driver and behaved like a total hooligan.

Those wonderful and the true words. Me and my families were able to witness the true meaning of those words in a surprise birthday party held by my friend’s husband.
My friend is a cancer patient and her husband is fighting the fight for her against all odds.
In her husband, I saw a man who believes in the purpose of his life and the reason is his wonderful wife. The atmosphere was filled with bittersweet emotions when he went on his knee to purpose again with a ring and renew the wedding vows that they took in 1996.
Everyone in the room was crying and was touched by the true love of a husband for his wife.
I wanted to share this so people will understand that love is not about sex or having fun it is when you are there in a hard times too.
Final word to you all: Cherish your marriage because it is a wonderful thing when two souls became one.

David Chukwuneke Adindu, 29-year-old Nigerian is ‘hot waters’ after attempting the scam people all around the world for potentially millions of dollars.
He has been impersonating all sorts of people in the business world, such as vendors or employees in companies to scam others to make wire transfers. After questioning by the authorities, it has been revealed that he have been working in parts of China and Nigeria to organise the crime with fellow syndicates.
He was arrested in Houston last year. He is currently facing a jail sentence of 20years and his other offence can possibly add another 15 years to it.
A netizen came by a theatrical act when a bus fanatic lost his calm and tried to commit suicide in front of his parallel bus fans… by beating his head recurrently alongside a bus wind screen.
The occurrence happened at New Bridge Road bus interchange where a cluster of bus fanatics were assembled.
According to a video posted by an eye observer, the unnatural bus enthusiast appeared to be unhappy with his fellow group members, and decided to knock his head against the windscreen of an adjacent bus recurrently to gain the attention of his fellow crowd mates.
After a heated shouting match with other members he was ultimately convinced to halt and who were trying to reason with him.
Shocked onlookers observed and recorded the event on their phones as his friends tried to reinstate his sanity. The situation was finally resolved when the suicidal young man was pacified.
