The taxi driver seems to have a dispute with a passenger. In the video, the driver said that he needs to park the car while waiting for the police to arrive but instead of clearing the way and letting the driver park his car.

OUTSIDE THE SG STATE COURTS, BULLET IS BELIEVED TO BE FOUND!!
Yesterday after an item suspected to be a bullet was found near the main entrance police were deployed to the State Courts building.
An area the size of half a badminton court was cordoned off after the police were tip-off to an incident at Havelock Square at about 2.50pm.
Conducting the investigations were more than five police officers, both in uniform and plainclothes.
At about 4pm an officer took photos of the area with photos of a small dark-coloured object on the ground. The cordon removed shortly after the object was placed inside an envelope.
Police said investigations are ongoing.
PRC TAKE HAMMER ATTACK MOTORCYCLIST.
A PRC man, Chen Zhengliang, aged 39, attacked a motorcyclist with a hammer after he confronted him over a road incident that occurred along Bukit Batok road. The motorcyclist, Mohamed Akbar Sha, aged 26, managed to dodge the hammer blow, but dislocated his left shoulder in the process.
The motorcyclist was riding his bike in the third lane of the three-lane road along Bukit Batok Road when he encountered Chen who was driving his lorry in the middle lane. Chen then cut into the lane Akbar was riding in without checking his blindspot, ignoring the horns from the motorcyclist. Akbar just managed to avoid the lorry and drive past it. Akbar made an angry gesture at Chen who responded with his middle finger. The two of them stopped their vehicles by the side of the road. As Akbar went over to confront Chen, he came out of his lorry swinging a hammer at him. Akbar managed to dodge the attack and shouted for help. Two witnesses came over and managed to stop further attacks from the angry China man.
Mr Chen was arrested and jailed for 3 months for voluntarily causing hurt with a dangerous weapon. At the time of the incident, he had been working for Chuan Transport.

UOB BANK ALONG ROCHOR RD BEING VANDALIZE!
On 24/4/2017 Monday morning the UOB branch of Rocher Road was found to be vandalised with words.
It occurred at 149 Rochor Road and a report was lodged to the police regarding the case at 8.49am.
A message scrawled in Mandarin on the wall, translated into English, said: “Challenging an individual to ‘come out’ if he or she dares.”

2ND VICTIM BY THE YISHUN GUY “DATE PRANK”. ASK GIRL OUT THEN TELL GIRL NO MONEY!
I would like to share my story about this Yishun guy. I finally have some courage to share my story after seeing the story about him went viral online last week. I would like to increase awareness about this guy Tianxingxc / Noctis , the Yishun guy that have been texting me for some times and constantly asking me to meet him, invite me to come over his house to keep him accompany.
I agreed to catch a movie with him. We met and he make me paid for the movie tickets, claiming that he had left his ATM Card at home. After movie, I repeatedly told him that I would like to go home as it was quite late at night, he kept persuading me to stay a little longer to keep him accompany. We seat down somewhere to have a short talk then he claims that he’s urgent and would like to make a move to the toilet first. I waited for a good 20 minutes for his return but he was no where to be seen at all, and even rejected my calls and blocked me. Luckily I managed to catch my last train home.
I have stopped contact with him and only realized that he had been constantly tricking girls online after reading the incident that occurs to the two young girls. I would like people to be aware of this man residing in Yishun and not get tricked by such people in near future.
CNG HYBRID CAR EXPLODES! DRIVER SUSTAIN SERIOUS BURN INJURIES
A CNG hybrid car exploded in a HDB car park today when its owner was still near the vehicle, causing him to sustain serious burn injuries.
According to eye witnesses, residents heard the loud explosion from their HDB car park which shook the entire block. Shocked residents rushed to find the source of the explosion and found the badly burnt man who was nearly hysterical from shock and trauma.
A video has been uploaded by one of the witnesses, who claims that the explosion took place at approximately 6PM. The video shows the aftermath of the explosion and the injured driver, who is speechless due to shock and injuries.
The video taker tried to take a photo of the exploded vehicle but was denied entry to the explosion scene by police officers who were already on the scene.
NEIGHBOR SMOKING AT WINDOW AFFECTING HEALTH OF RESIDENT
Is there a way to solve an issue of my upstairs Neighbour smoking and the strong odour that enters my house? We are on relatively good terms and I don’t wish to rock the boat but I suspect it’s the Daughter who’s doing it by the window at unearthly hours (probably hiding from her parents as it never happens in the daytime or other more “reasonable” daylight/evening hours).
I could do something by closing the windows sure but it happens at really sporadic times in the middle of the night (usually after 1am) where I’m already in bed and the smell is so strong it’s as if the smoker is in the room itself and it gets my room stuffy and I’m literally waiting for the smell to go before opening the window again… at 3am.
Anyway, I’m asthmatic and am triggered by both the cold (therefore no aircon at night and closing the windows isn’t rly a tenable option, Singapore is hot) and smoke. Am open to both practical (how to get the smell out) and diplomatic (if I have to go speak up about it directly/indirectly) suggestions. Please help and thank you!
