Coffee shops in Yishun increase price by 10cents to standby for water hike

Dear Singapore Uncensored,

It is so frustrating to see these 2 coffeeshops in Yishun raise their price for no good reason. The coffeeshops in North Spring Bizhub and A’Posh Bizhub are raising the prices of hot drinks by a minimum of 10 cents.

When I asked the drinks stall why increase price, they claimed that their supplier increased their price so they increase in tandem. It is ridiculous to use the water price increase to justify such increases in beverage price

ANGMO ILLEGALLY BUSK AT TAMPINES ONE FOR ROUND THE WORLD TRIP FUNDING!

4 Caucasian tourists were seen busking illegally at Tampines bus interchange in an attempt to get Singaporeans to fund part of their round-the-world trip.

A Twitter user @sarahcoldheart has posted photos she snapped of the Caucasians performing at a corner of the bus interchange. According to residents in the area, the quartet had started to operate out of the interchange to beg for money since last week. After Kong Hee’s conviction was upheld and his jail sentence reduced drastically from 8 years to 3.5 years, the lawyer of Kong Hee, shared with the press that Kong is disappointed with the delivered verdict and that he was unhappy that the conviction was not overturned.

The rest of the convicted CHC leaders had their initial sentences halved but failed to overturn their convictions.
