The incident took place at about 11.30pm last weekend, in a back alley between Lorongs 11 and 13.

I am a 3rd year NUS student and I come from a middle class background. However, my dad has passed his car to me and so I drive my car to school everyday. I used to have this female friend who I had a crush on and since year 1, I have been driving her to school even though I stay in Bukit Batok and she stays in Bishan. I will go fetch her from school and sometimes back also.
She has always been single but she kept giving me hints that she likes me. However, now I do not have a car anymore as the car was recently scrapped. This female friend of mine has stopped talking to me ever since I dont drive to school. I finally realised that she has been leading me on just for sake of getting a ride from me and various other favours in schoolwork.
I noticed recently that she is getting close to this guy who is wealthy and drives a car to school. To that guy, hopefully you see through her character and know that she is cunning and uses people.

The visitors, all ladies, found that over NT$63,300 (S$2,745) in real money had been stolen when they woke up Friday morning, the Central News Agency provided details regarding Saturday from Bangkok.

On 23rd September, approximately 5 pm my dad was about to change shift while on the way back he saw this man who flagged down his cab and told my dad he was going for an interview near Ubi crescent. Upon reaching his destination, he told my dad he didn’t bring his wallet with him so he told my dad he will transfer the cab fare $8 to him by 30 mins however 2 days had passed he had avoided my dad’s call and text. Even till date he had refused to reply nor pick up any call from us. Its just a $8 cab fare and he even wanted to cheat a 57year old man. SHAME ON HIM !

The minimart boxx, who needed to be referred to just as Mr Liu, 49, said yesterday that the aggressor, who was a usual customer at the store, was purchasing cigarettes and soda pops at the time.
Mr Liu’s female partner had let him know that the man, who wore a dark T-shirt, was paying at the counter when a more established man and a companion entered the store to purchase cigarettes.
All of a sudden, the main man boisterously blamed the more established man for chancing upon him and began swearing.
