An E-scooter rider was caught on CCTV after he successfully stolen a handphone from a shop at #01-211 at Block 144 Teck Whye Lane.
After slowing down in front of the shop, he reaches in and took a handphone from the shop. The owner of the handphone is hoping that the man can be identified.
After pocketing the phone he rides away.
Please help share and identify this thieve.
