While on duty at the Tuas Checkpoint last year in about August, a Certis Cisco officer, Gregory Lai Kar Jun took out his revolver and fired a shot.
Mohammad Dzul Adhar Azmi was nearby in the observation point when the shot was fired by Lai.
Not only Dzul decided not to report to their supervisor, he tried to help Lai cover up the facts.
They were caught and Dzul was jailed three weeks and fined $2,000 yesterday.
