Went to Avillion Port Dickson last weekend. And I have booked 3 water chalet room.But unfortunately, one of the roofs from our room was collapsed all of a sudden. Our room was flooded and some of our belongings damaged. We made a complaint to the resort staffs and they arranged a new room for us. However, the resort staffs were so unfriendly. The staffs need serious improvement.
The room was overall worn out. Woke up the next morning with red spots on face, hand and feet! I didn’t think much of it but the spots swell up through the day and it got so itchy. Those were horrible bed bug bites! I’m not sure if it was the bed or the blanket.
Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. Having bed bugs and unfriendly staffs in a resort is just not acceptable and I really hope the management looks into this seriously.
