Looking to identify this LC “disabled fellow”. Pls help.

Pushed my dad away just to snatch the reserved seat during morning train on 24/01/2018 at about 0635hrs, towards Joo Koon MRT. Even tried to get my dad to go out of the train to fight when confronted by my dad.
