The Singapore Democratic Party’s (SDP) Dr Chee Soon Juan posted onto his Facebook, sharing that his work resumes today.

He wrote that a meeting with residents and volunteers to start grassroots campaign to serve Batokians (Residents in Bukit Batok) has just concluded.
He added that his goal of “turning BB into a model town suffered a setback, not demise. (sic)”
“It’ll be harder to get things done but that’s my life’s story – the more difficult things get, the harder I work,” Dr Chee sums it up.
