A child from MY World Preschool kindergarten located in Bukit Batok was diagnosed with the coronavirus. The kindergarten will be suspended from the same day (6th) to 15th of this month.
A statement has been issued saying that the authorities received a notice of the child ’s illness yesterday (5th) and the patient ’s last visit to the kindergarten was this month.
The notice said that the family members of the sick children were diagnosed on the 1st and 2nd, respectively, and the children have been quarantined since then.
The authorities have requested that the kindergarten be temporarily closed for thorough disinfection, and all affected staff and students must take absence leave. The kindergarten is scheduled to resume local services on the 16th of this month.
