A video was uploaded onto Facebook showing a child who was nearly hit by a van.

On the 17 May, the video showed a kid riding a scooter in the middle of the road, a cyclist was spotted grabbing the child from the middle of the road and carrying the child to safety.
It is unclear if the cyclist is the father or a passerby.
