A PRC engineer was sentenced to 20 years in jail after he was found guilty of torture, the accused tied his work to a tree and started to whip them with a rope.
According to Rwandan media sources, a Chinese citizen was convicted of torture on Wednesday.
Sun Shujun, a Chinese national, was shown in a video last year whipping two Rwandan employees who were chained to a tree.
According to Rwanda’s KT Press, Shujun said the two men stole minerals from his firm, Ali Group Holdings Ltd.
This video of a Chinese man torturing a black employee in Rwanda exposes fake anti-colonial rhetoric of grandstanders like ZANUPF.
