The Singapore Police Force shared a TikTok video featuring Priscilla, a team leader from the Bedok Division’s Emergency Response Team (ERT) on 8 November.
She was seen in the video introducing herself, before going on to explain that her job as an ERT officer is to respond to situations that involve dangerous weapons and firearms.
ERT officers are an elite group of police officers who are trained to swiftly contain threats and are usually the first responders in the case of a terrorist attack in Singapore.
The cameraman then asked her if the gear that she was carrying is heavy, to which she says “no lah, it’s only 17kg”.
Her equipment includes a bullet-resistant vest and an HK-MP5 Sub Machine Gun (SMG).
Priscilla then shows her “ride” to the cameraman, a Hyundai Santa Fe SUB in black, which is commonly used by ERT officers.
