Imagine yourself working as a food delivery personnel, going out in the sun and rain, rushing for deliveries just like any normal day just to fulfill your daily orders so you can put some bread and butter on your table for you and your family.
How will you react if you come across a customer that had made an order of afew items and actually asked you to pay for the coffee that they had ordered? Abit shocked one would guess.
What would your reaction be if you declined that request because, well, your obvoiusly working for the money right?
How more will you feel if the customer warns you to give her free coffee so that there won’t be any trouble?
Facebook user Camila Tan had shared in a Facebook group exactly this that had happened to the poor delivery personnel that had wasted his trip when the client cancelled her order just because she didn’t get that ‘free’ coffee.
