A netizen has complained on Facebook about the allegedly poor food hygiene at Old Town White Coffee’s Kallang Wave Mall outlet.

He and his son were having a meal there, and after eating almost 3/4 of the Pan Mee, they allegedly found a cockroach inside the soup.
The netizen has also brought the matter up with the Singapore Food Agency for further action.
