I bought takeaway at West Mall KFC on 21st November 2018 at around 6.45pm. The queue was super long and I was rushing for time so I didn’t manage to check my order at the counter.
I ordered at the middle counter from a girl part timer but I didn’t manage to catch her name. I ordered a BBQ Pocket Banditto Meal with mashed potato, a Zinger Meal with coleslaw and additional add-on cheese fries.
Not only was the coleslaw spoilt and turned black as seen in the picture, the counter didn’t give me my receipt AND missed my add-on cheese fries too. This meal was meant for my niece and I can’t believe KFC standard is only this especially at peak hours.
Please do check your orders at the counter especially if you are buying takeaway and always check for receipt
