The Singapore Food Agency (SFA) will be suspending the licence of Collin’s, the food shop at 61 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 8 #01-07/10 located in Jubilee Square.
The period of suspension is two weeks from 24/08/2021 to 04/09/2021. 2 The licensee has accumulated 12 demerit points over a 12-month period and was fined a total of $900 for the following offences:

All food hygiene officers working in suspended premises are required to re-attend and pass the WSQ Conduct Food & Beverage Hygiene Audit Course to ensure that they are properly trained and qualified before the lifting of the suspension will be considered.
SFA takes a serious view of these offences and would like to remind food operators to observe good food and personal hygiene practices at all times
